Smart Locating & Sensing Systems (Switzerland) · Swiss BLE Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS) & Industrial IoT
How we replaced fragmented 2D datasheets with an 11-device photorealistic hardware system, two evaluation kit launch films, and a spatial 3D warehouse explainer—enabling global sales teams to demonstrate 0.3m RF accuracy and secure enterprise pilot orders before physical freight shipped.
Partnering with a Swiss industrial RTLS manufacturer serving Fortune 500 automotive plants, automated logistics hubs, and hospital networks, GlyphicX was commissioned to overhaul their technical sales enablement across three pillars:
End-to-end 3D spatial walkthrough connecting Warehouse 1, Warehouse 2 steel racks, and the outdoor truck loading yard in high-contrast industrial lighting.
Industrial RTLS procurement differs fundamentally from consumer electronics. Enterprise buyers—such as logistics directors, automotive plant architects, and hospital operations leads—evaluate hardware on physical ruggedness, power topology (PoE vs. DC), mounting flexibility, and exact positional accuracy. Flat 2D datasheets and generic supplier photos left enterprise buyers uncertain and slowed down sales cycles.
Standard BLE RSSI measures proximity within several meters, whereas Angle-of-Arrival (AoA) antenna arrays triangulate microsecond radio phases to achieve sub-meter (0.3m) precision. We needed to translate these abstract mathematical principles into crystal-clear spatial 3D visuals.
Facility engineers need to know exact mounting constraints: ceiling drop-tile brackets, wall antenna angles, PoE backhaul cable glands, and IP67 weather-sealing. We built orthographic CAD drawings and photorealistic architectural contextual renders.
Before shipping physical hardware kits across Europe and North America, the client required commercial launch films showing unboxing, plug-and-play PoE setup, environmental telemetry (temperature, humidity, air quality), and cloud dashboard integration.
Working directly from raw mechanical STEP/CAD files across 5 gateways and 6 industrial beacons, we engineered a unified 3D asset library—calibrating injection-molded matte polymers, weatherized metals, and millimeter-accurate orthographic blueprints. The result eliminated costly physical studio shoots and gave product marketing a cohesive catalog ready for Fortune 500 technical due diligence.

Visualized the IP67 weather-sealed chassis, dual high-gain LTE/BLE antennas, and recessed screw terminals—giving infrastructure buyers instant confidence in outdoor yard durability without needing a physical sample.

Highlighted the low-profile ceiling enclosure, PoE backhaul routing, USB expansion access, and illuminated multi-state diagnostic LEDs so IT architects can verify ceiling-grid compatibility at a glance.

Detailed the heavy-duty mounting flanges, waterproof PoE RJ45 cable glands, and extreme-temperature polymer housing to eliminate installation guesswork for field contractors.
Captured the ultrasonic-welded moisture seam, reinforced screw/strap mounting tabs, and matte impact-resistant casing—proving rugged 5-year pallet survivability in high-wear logistics environments.
To eliminate guesswork for electrical contractors and systems integrators, we staged each locator in realistic architectural mounting environments—illustrating flush ceiling clip-ins, cable drops, and wall bracket antenna orientation.

Extracted directly from engineering CAD geometry to guarantee 1:1 dimensional fidelity—annotating exact millimeter footprints (240mm × 240mm × 60mm), port clearances, LED telemetry zones, and VESA mounting patterns for enterprise spec sheets.

In enterprise IoT, sales velocity depends on getting evaluation kits into the hands of plant engineers. Before physical inventory cleared overseas freight, we scripted and rendered two turnkey commercial films—for the BLE RSSI Kit and the BLE AoA Sub-Meter Kit—proving out-of-the-box deployment speed and multi-sensor ROI in under 90 seconds.
Engineered the complete physical unboxing experience in 3D—from outer packaging collateral to precision-molded foam inserts housing gateways, PoE injectors, and wearable tags—showing buyers a cohesive, enterprise-ready hardware kit.
Integrated dynamic spatial HUD callouts directly over the physical beacons to visualize invisible data streams—demonstrating how a single tag transmits ambient temperature, humidity, air quality, and barometric pressure alongside real-time coordinates.
Bridged the gap between physical hardware and software ROI by compositing live floor-plan heatmaps, locator coverage cones, and cloud dashboard UI—proving to IT teams that the system initializes in minutes, not weeks.

Sub-Meter AoA Evaluation Kit tabletop unboxing film frame, featuring sculpted foam insert, 3x ZENIX LON-2 locators, PINIX TOW-1 asset tags, and TOK-1 smart badges.
Enterprise buyers often struggle to understand why a facility requires multiple locator topologies. We architected a modular, three-zone isometric industrial facility—spanning inbound staging, high-density steel racking, and outdoor fleet yards—giving enterprise sales reps a visual blueprint to upsell hybrid indoor/outdoor hardware architectures.

Illustrates the cost-effective baseline of 2.4 GHz BLE RSSI beacons on incoming pallets and worker badges. As forklifts navigate staging lanes, real-time RF safety perimeters pulse dynamically—showing EHS and operations directors how proximity telemetry prevents floor collisions and automates inbound manifest logging.
Visually makes the business case for upgrading from standard RSSI to ceiling-mounted Angle-of-Arrival (AoA) arrays. In dense, radio-reflective steel racking where standard Bluetooth signals bounce and fail, our spatial beams demonstrate how AoA resolves vertical Z-axis ambiguity—pinpointing individual bins down to 30 centimeters.

Eliminates the "blind spot" at the warehouse bay door. As tagged pallets move from indoor PoE locators onto outbound freight trucks, the animation visualizes the automated telemetry handoff to weatherproof pole-mounted gateways and in-cab GPS/LTE cellular backhaul—proving uninterrupted global supply chain visibility.
In industrial IoT, enterprise pilots stall when facility engineers cannot verify mounting constraints or visualize RF coverage. By turning raw CAD assemblies into deployment-ready 3D documentation and launch films, GlyphicX armed sales reps and distributors to pre-sell evaluation kits months ahead of physical manufacturing logistics—delivering 11 unified device kits, 2 commercial launch films, and 3 spatial warehouse zones from a single 3D pipeline.
Standardized studio lighting, calibrated PBR plastic and metal shaders, and orthographic CAD diagrams across all 11 devices provided a coherent, Tier-1 visual presence.
3D unboxing walkthroughs and telemetry UI animations gave systems integrators total clarity on out-of-the-box setup, driving pre-orders ahead of physical overseas freight.
The isometric warehouse animatics gave enterprise sales reps an intuitive visual tool to explain the ROI and accuracy jump from basic proximity beacons to sub-meter AoA arrays.
Every 3D asset in this engagement was architected as a modular, reusable component—allowing the client’s engineering and marketing teams to generate print manuals, distributor web portals, and commercial launch videos from a single master geometry library.
